Super Grapefruit Diet


Grapefruit Diet is very effective way to lose weight but before using it you should consult your doctor.

Plan of the Grapefruit Diet



12 days on - 2 days off

Every Day Breakfast:
1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
2 Slices Bacon
2 Eggs (any style)


Every Day Lunch:
1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount)
Salad (any kind of dressing)

Every Day Dinner:
1/2 Grapefruit or 4 oz. Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
Meat (any style, any amount) (fish may be substituted for meat)
Vegetables (any green, yellow, or red vegetables cooked in butter or any seasoning)

Every Day Night Time Snack:
1 glass tomato juice or 1 glass Skim milk

Which vegetables Allowed:
Green onions, bell peppers, red onions, radishes, cucumbers, broccoli, spinach, lettuce, peas, cabbage, carrots.

Which vegetables to Avoid:
Potatoes, white onions, celery.
